5 Stars Incrediblle workout
Jillian does it again. I have lost 20lbs in the last month!!! Sometimes I want to kill her when I am doing it, but every morning when I look in the mirror I forgive her and to the dvd again. This is not an easy one, but it gets results!

This workout is not easy, but I have been doing it for a month now and have lost 17lbs. I have been following Jillians diet as well, because I am on her website, but doing her videos is really accelerating my weight loss.
5 Stars The Biggest Challenge
This one is by far, in my opinion the hardest Jillian workout to date. I got the dvd yesterday and try it, I couldn’t do some of the exercises because they were so hard. Jillian is crazy!!!! This dvd is motivation for me. I’ve decided to do it once a week and do my other jillian workouts along with Mel B’s new one the rest of the week. I will say this, with Jillian’s workout, you actually see and feel the difference. I was so sore the next day but it was a good sore. Since I’ve been doing her workout consistantly ( I have alot of other workout dvd’s) I have notices more definition all around, but especially in my trouble zone the abs, I can actually see my ab muscles and my stomach is alot flatter.

I actually first tried this workout video through net-flix AND loved it!!!! I ordered it because I felt like it was a really sweet investment.. the actual workouts are SO MUCH FUN… I always feel SO SORE the next day… i love to work out… video’s dont normally float my boat: but LOVE this one!
5 Stars Butt Kicker!
First of all I want to say I am NOT an active person. I don’t exercise, I eat anything I want, & I smoke. I recently gained a minor amount of weight after starting a new medication, and being that I’m relatively thin to begin with, I knew I had to get rid of the extra weight and just get myself into better shape. I’ve tried the gym, and that’s just not for me. I’ve tried other videos that didn’t leave me feeling like I did any work afterwards.
I searched around Amazon, came across this video, read the reviews, and decided I would give it a try. I finally got to work with this video after 3 weeks of procrastinating, and man, did it kick my butt! I wanted to give up just after the warm-ups, but I knew I had to stick with it. I will admit, this isn’t a exercise video for amatuers like myself, but I want to stick with this, and I had muscles hurting the next day (and a few days after that!) that I didn’t even know existed! I’ve been now working out to ‘No More Trouble Zones’ for 2 weeks every other day or two, and its causing such a change in my life. I’m motivated to work out everyday, eat better and QUIT SMOKING!
I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who’s in decent shape who really wants to tone up. I’m very please with the range of circuits (and that I don’t have to do all of them every time) and the results I’m seeing so far. I look forward to seeing my final results!

This is a great work out. I can see a difference after 4 weeks.
4 Stars Not that intense
I really like Bob, and he explains each move carefully so that you can complete it safely. I like that it is real people on the DVD. The only complaint I have is that it isn’t quite as challenging as I expected it to be. It’s definately a workout, just not a very intense one.

I’m not a yoga fan, but am a HUGE fan of the Biggest Loser so I thought that might help get me interested. I’m a fairly active person and found this workout to be difficult even at the beginner level.

Don’t let the fact that this is Yoga fool you. You will definitely work up a sweat. Its a great way to see that you can get a workout without going to the gym.
3 Stars Decent, but needs more variety
This video is definitely challenging the first couple times you do it - and I definitely felt the workout the next day. However, there’s no variety! There’s only one set of positions for the beginner, one for intermediate, and one for advanced. I basically have it all memorized now - there definitely needs to be more variety. That being said, it’s a good workout.

4 Stars good, but not great.
I work out pretty regularly but still don’t consider myself advanced. These workouts are good, but not great. I feel good afterwards, but I’m not hurting. The curtsy squat is something that I think is great–I can feel the burn.

3 Stars Little rough around the edges.
I bought this DVD along with Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred DVD. I was a little disapointed with this workout. The first issue is that none of the former Biggest Loser people in the workout seem to have any idea what they are doing. Half of the time they are all doing different moves and seem to be clueless as to the order or proper form of the excersizes. This combined with the fact that most of the time the trainers also do not do the moves leaves you a little lost. Second, levels two and three are only 10 minutes a piece and feel very rushed with little explanation of what exactly you should be doing. Jillian (first level) has a little more time to describe form and what muscles are being worked. Overall, I think the workout is not bad (maybe a little slow) but the DVD could have been put together with a little more thought and time.
Not a bad choice for beginners but I prefer Jillian Micheal’s Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred, and Jillian Michaels: No More Trouble Zones for more intense workouts and a more polished DVDs.

I really like this DVD. I can customize how long I want to workout. I usually skip Kim, because she’s annoying. Bob’s part is really the best!
4 Stars Great overall body workout
Power Sculpt is a great overall body workout! I never tried a DVD workout program at home and this was a good pick. It’s important to me to see and feel the results of a workout and this I know will do the trick. I’ve been able to add a couple of sets during the program just because I don’t want to wait and after just a few workouts and I’m muting the DVD and listening to my own music. You do need some room to move about but I would definitely recommend this one.

I’ve loved this DVD! It has produced real results. It’s actually forming muscles I didn’t know I had and has helped me get rid of weight I couldn’t have before. The workouts are pretty intense and take some working up to, but it’seasy to modify it to your own level until your ready. It’s especially good on the legs and arms. My arms have never been in better shape and I’ve been getting comments left and right on how great my legs look. I’d definitely reccommend this DVD!
5 Stars The Biggest Loser: The Workout-Boot Camp
This is an awesome work out video! I highly suggest it to anyone just starting out or even those who have been working out for a while. It has 3 different levels and you have the ability to add minutes to each weeks work outs to increase your stamina and workout. I’ve been doing it for a month now and although I really haven’t seen much weight loss I feel great and totally energized when I do it which is everyday except Sundays. I’ve also noticed I’ve started firming up. A must have to any video work out collection.

I paid for my product and never got it. How unprofessional. I think amazon should take this seller off of their site. I feel this seller does not deserve to be on this site. I have never had a problem with amazon before and now I am leary about ordering because of sellers like this one

5 Stars What a workout!
I’ve never been one to use fitness DVD’s, but I’m sure glad I ordered this one. I’m a big fan of Bob Harper and the Biggest Loser and so I was hoping I wouldn’t be disappointed. I’m an avid runner, personal fitness trainer and I have to say, this workout is excellent. I started with the warm up, level one, and the cool down. This was a great upper and lower workout! It really got me sweating! I highly recommend this DVD to anyone wanting a great fitness experience - beginners and intermediate alike.
